- Request a Loden Room Authorization Form from your HR Department
- Provide signed Authorization Form upon arrival*
*if your form is not presented upon arrival, the room rate will be reverted back to our Best Available Rate.

This is a special benefit for active colleagues in good standing. This rate is not intended to be shared publicly or offered in lieu of business, corporate, or supplier rates. Misuse of this privilege may result in notice provided to your employer. The guideline for this rate requires a reservation be made within 90 days of the arrival date, is limited to 2 rooms per night, and is based on availability at the time of booking. In the case of a cancellation, please provide 72 hours notice prior to 3pm PST on the day of arrival to avoid a penalty of $100 plus taxes.
