Marketing Coordinator 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and execution of the Loden’s marketing strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes and content.
  • Leading and executing all aspects of digital projects such as Google AdWords, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and email marketing. Includes social media and community management, creating content to build followers and engagement, responding to guest feedback as well as managing Loden’s content calendar.
  • Manage and create monthly analytics reports tracking key metrics and providing insight and action recommendations to ensure on-going guest improvements.
  • Provide recommendations for website optimization and execute the plan for development updates.
  • Manage traditional marketing projects such as PR and print execution.
  • Key point of contact for media and influencer requests.
  • Manage all guest and sales print collateral and merchandise projects. Includes management of inventory.
  • Assist with purchase orders and finalizing/submitting invoices for payment.

Minimum Capabilities Required:

  • Minimum 1 years online marketing experience including hands-on digital experience and traditional marketing experience.
  • High proficiency in all aspects of digital marketing including website content optimization, keyword research SEM/SEO, analytics, email, social media, online advertising/promotions and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of social channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube
  • Knowledge of EDM software.
  • Microsoft Suite: Excel, PPT, Word.
  • Analytics, particularly Google Analytics.
  • Flexible, results oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize a diverse workload.

Desirable capabilities

  • Design – creative & production, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign.
  • Web management (WordPress).
  • Basic HTML skills.
