The Loden Hotel guarantees that every guest room reservation booked through the hotel website is guaranteed to have the lowest guest room rate publicly available on the Internet.

If you find a guest room rate on another website lower than the Loden rate on the hotel website, for the same guest room type, dates, rate payment requirements (e.g. full prepayment) and restrictions, we will not only match the lower guest room rate you have found, but will also reward you for bringing it to our attention!

To claim our Best Available Rate Guarantee:

  1. Book your Reservation
    Book your stay through our hotel website to secure your reservation.
  2. Notify the Loden of the Lower Rate
    Within 24 hours of booking your room through the hotel website, contact the Loden and notify us of the discrepancy. Must be the same room type, dates, rate payment requirements, and restrictions.
  3. Receive Your Adjusted Rate & Free Upgrade!
    Upon verification of your claim, the Loden Hotel will adjust your guest room rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, plus provide you with a complimentary upgrade to the next available guest room type.
